NSW Fee Free
NSW Fee-free is a joint initiative of the Australian Commonwealth and New South Wales Governments, providing fee free training places to eligible students wanting to train, retrain or upskill. Students must commence studies between 1 January 2024 and 30 June 2024. Fee-free places are subject to availability and limited to one course per semester.
Eligibility for NSW Fee Free is as follows:
- an Australian Citizen/Perm Resident/NZ citizen/humanitarian visa holder or a partner visa holder whose sponsor is a humanitarian visa holder
- aged 15 years or older, and
- live or work in New South Wales, and
- no longer be at school (excluding registered home schooled)

CHC33021 Certificate III in Individual Support for Existing Workers (Ageing)
This course has been specifically designed for those already working in the aged care industry who don’t currently have a qualification. Apply your current work hours against the work placement requirements of the course. The Certificate III in Individual Support has a core set of competencies and offers specialisations in Ageing Support, or Disability.
