NSW Fee Free
NSW Fee-free is a joint initiative of the Australian Commonwealth and New South Wales Governments, providing fee free training places to eligible students wanting to train, retrain or upskill. Students must commence studies between 1 January 2024 and 30 June 2024. Fee-free places are subject to availability and limited to one course per semester.
Eligibility for NSW Fee Free is as follows:
- an Australian Citizen/Perm Resident/NZ citizen/humanitarian visa holder or a partner visa holder whose sponsor is a humanitarian visa holder
- aged 15 years or older, and
- live or work in New South Wales, and
- no longer be at school (excluding registered home schooled)

CHC33021 Certificate III in Individual Support for Existing Workers (Ageing)
- Support relationships with carer and family (CHCCCS036)

- Work with diverse people (CHCDIV001)
- Provide individualised support (CHCCCS031)
- Work with people with mental health issues (CHCMHS001)

- Follow safe work practices for direct client care (HLTWHS002)
- Work legally and ethically (CHCLEG001)
- Work effectively in aged care (CHCAGE013)
- Deliver care services using a palliative approach (CHCPAL003)
- Recognise healthy body systems (CHCCCS041)
- Support independence and wellbeing (CHCCCS040)
- Provide support to people living with dementia (CHCAGE011)
