This course at certificate level III, focuses on bookkeeping knowledge and applying this knowledge to MYOB. Bookkeeping concepts are fully explained. You do not need prior bookkeeping experience, although good numeracy skills are needed and if you have worked with some accounts before this will be beneficial.

This course will teach you how to create presentations using PowerPoint. We use built in templates and modification of these to suit your own style and purpose. This course is for PowerPoint 2003 and 2007.

In this course, you create a simple relational database in Access. You must have Microsoft Access installed on your computer, email (for regular interaction with tutor) and Internet and be able to use Windows. There are no concessions for this course.

INTRODUCTION TO WORD PROCESSING (ON-LINE) |

This course at certificate level II, teaches you how to produce professional documents used in the workplace such as letters, faxes, memoranda, press releases and simple flyers. You will learn how to create and save documents, format and edit text, create headers and footers and use a mail merge in Microsoft Word. You must have Microsoft Word installed on your computer, email (for regular interaction with tutor) and Internet and be able to use Windows.

This course at Certificate level III is completed using the MYOB bookkeeping package. If you wish to complete it using manual methods, please enrol in Process Payroll (manual).

SPREADSHEETS USING EXCEL (ON-LINE) |

In this short course at certificate level II you will learn how to create and use spreadsheets, perform calculations such as sales figures and invoices, format and edit a spreadsheet, manipulate figures and create graphs using Excel. You must have Microsoft Excel installed on your computer, email (for regular interaction with tutor) and Internet and be able to use Windows.
