The Certificate IV in Frontline Management is designed to teach the skills of effective planning and leadership. You will learn how to manage your own performance, as well as the performance of other staff and team members. Addtionally, you will develop a range of competencies that are required to be an effective Frontline Manager including operational planning, developing team effectiveness and showing leadership in the workplace. These skills will be effective in any workplace/industry.
The applicant considering this qualification might be someone who has vocational experience but without a formal supervision or management qualification, eg coordinator; supervisor or team leader or someone moving into a supervisory role.

Venue: Brookvale Campus - Level 1, 14 William Street, Brookvale
Course Start Date: Tuesday 12 February 2013
Course Duration: Tuesday evenings (6.00pm - 9.00pm) during Terms 1 & 2, 2013
Course Cost: $1399 payable by 3 instalments - if currently working in the aged care/community care field you may be eligible for funding of $1000 towards the cost of your training under the Federal Government's Aged Care Education & Training Incentive Program.
