Northern Beaches Community College is a non-profit making association, governed by a College Council elected by its members annually. The College receives a small grant from the Department of Education & Communities for delivery of vocational training.

Courses and Industry Training Packages.
Northern Beaches Community College is a Registered Training Organisation (RTO) national code 90113. We are registered with VETAB to deliver training and issue qualifications that appear on our scope under The Australian Quality Training Framework. The College focuses its training on qualifications in Information Technology, Business Services, Workplace Training, and Frontline Management.
Northern Beaches Community College offers a process to recognise current competencies held by a candidate. To be granted recognition, a candidate will be required to provide evidence to an assessor, demonstrating current competency against the endorsed industry or enterprise competency standards or outcomes from an Australian Qualifications Framework accredited course. Northern Beaches Community College recognises the AQF qualifications and Statements of Attainment issued by other Registered Training Organisations (RTOs). This process enables a candidate to receive direct credit for credentials issued by another RTO, enabling national recognition of competencies. GST + Adult Education
Unlike other educational courses, not all adult education courses are GST free. Those courses that do not attract GST are noted accordingly.
