About the Tutor

Clare Taylor has a degree in Psychology and more than twenty years experience in the area of food and eating. Her work, developing products for big food brands, such as Cadbury, gives her inside knowledge of how these create cravings. She’s passionate about creating healthy bodies, reducing guilt around food and enjoying a rich and varied diet. And yes, she still eats chocolate.
