Mindfulness Meditation & Gentle Yoga

This course is designed to support your overall mental & physical wellbeing with a lighthearted approach to establishing deep relaxation, connectedness, vitality & aliveness. In today’s fast paced world we’re constantly bombarded with stuff to do and sort out. Many of us are stressed, worried or just finding it hard to cope. Perhaps your caught up in ‘react mode’, find it hard to simply ‘be’ and/or don’t seem to know how to enjoy life in a sustainably healthy way.

Mindfulness helps us to develop the skills & capacity to remain grounded, calm, balanced and content. The good news is that in order for us to get the most out of mindfulness it helps if we’re enjoying ourselves – so expect to have some fun while we practice - ‘feeling good in spite of everything’. Please wear loose clothing and bring a yoga mat.
