From a birthright that gives us wonderful poise, freedom of movement and adaptability, we are soon on a downhill path over the years as the patterns and habits we acquire turn into painful bad backs, stiff necks and frozen shoulders and end up interfering with every aspect of our lives. Over 100 years ago an Australian named Alexander discovered how to change this rigidity in our being and in so doing re-asserted the suppleness, co-ordination and freedom in mind, body and spirit that are our true inheritance.

The Alexander Technique can help you learn to move the way you were designed to, with a lightness of your head above your spine, improving your balance, posture and co-ordination.
