Hula Hooping Intermediate

Learn how to hulahoop with fitness and dance in mind.

These hulahoop classes in Sydney are both fun and challenging with the goal of putting together a repertoire of tricks by the end of the course to rock out your life with.

Hooping is a super fun way to stay fit while developing coordination, stamina, balance, and rhythm. Once the initiate moves into a space of relaxation and comfort with learning new skills, not only does s/he encounter feelings of excitement and joy but also discovers an opportunity to let go of the ‘mind stuff’ and instead float into a peaceful state of meditation. This ‘turning off the mind’ and ‘switching on the body’ is true as we develop body consciousness while spinning into core strength and centeredness.
