About myGov 9.45am-10.30am

It is a simple and secure way to access government services online in one place. myGov gives you access to a range of government services online. When you create a myGov account you can link to Medicare, Centrelink and Child Support, and a range of other government services.  This information session lasts for 45 minutes to demonstrate what myGov can offer you. Please note, you will not be creating a myGov account in class -this is an information session only,  in order to show you what it looks like and how it works

About Zoom 10.45am-2.30pm includes lunch break

Zoom is an easy to use video conferencing tool that you can use on your computer, tablet or phone. You will be able to see, hear and talk to your family and friends almost as though they are in the same room!

This course will be delivered with a training session in the computer classroom, with the trainer there to help you to create your Zoom account.   You will need to be able to access your email account in class in order to create a Zoom account.
